Types of Therapy

 
 

 Individual

Recommended for participants who respond to more focused, individualized and therapeutic interventions. Helps participants to identify, communicate and process feelings and concerns around their needs.


 

Family

While participating in therapy sessions together, the objective will be to nurture and change family dynamics to become more healthy, supportive and beneficial.

 

Group

Group therapy allows individuals to interact in a supportive environment. Participants will learn to identify, develop and strengthen coping and communication skills.

 

Couples

Couples engage in therapy sessions together to resolve challenges and rebuild what they believe has been fractured. Our objective is to help you attain your relationship goals.
