Clarissa Cannon

Clarissa Cannon was born and raised in Los Angeles California and now serves the community by providing psychotherapy mental health services for Department of Children and Families (foster youths). Clarissa graduated May 2018 from University of Southern California with her Master’s in Social Work. Her concentration of focus was macro targeting concepts such as policy, programming, consulting and business.

Clarissa is now an associate clinical social worker registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. She possesses certifications and trainings to better serve at risk youth through the foster care system. Clarissa has a background in Trauma Informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interview.
