BDIPS SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your use of the text messaging service provided by Better Days Integrated Programs (BDIPS).

1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By opting into the BDIPS SMS program, you agree to receive informational and customer-care text messages from BDIPS at the mobile number you provide. Messages may relate to discussing care needs, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, providing project updates, and responding to customer-support requests.Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.

2. Types of Messages

Messages from BDIPS may include: Discussions about care needs, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and responses to customer-support requests. BDIPS does not use this program for unrelated promotional offers.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on appointment scheduling, care-needs discussions, project updates, and support requests. The number of messages you receive will depend on your communications with BDIPS.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile service provider. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. BDIPS does not charge a separate fee for this SMS service.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop receiving BDIPS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by texting STOP to (213) 793-4059. After receiving your STOP request, BDIPS will send one final confirmation message and will not send additional text messages unless you provide new consent through the BDIPS opt-in process.

7. Privacy

BDIPS does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data. BDIPS will not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or information collected through this SMS program with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

BDIPS may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
