Messages may relate to discussing care needs, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, providing project updates, and responding to customer-support requests.Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
2. Types of Messages
Messages from BDIPS may include: Discussions about care needs, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and responses to customer-support requests. BDIPS does not use this program for unrelated promotional offers.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on appointment scheduling, care-needs discussions, project updates, and support requests. The number of messages you receive will depend on your communications with BDIPS.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile service provider. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. BDIPS does not charge a separate fee for this SMS service.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving BDIPS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by texting STOP to (213) 793-4059. After receiving your STOP request, BDIPS will send one final confirmation message and will not send additional text messages unless you provide new consent through the BDIPS opt-in process.
